Vi (Vodafone Idea Limited) is one of the leading telecom operator in India. In 2020 they officially declared Vodafone & Idea as Vi™
I worked in Vi as a UI Designer in Web squad and Retailer squad. My role was to make user centric designs which will help to surge recharges and descend drop-off. Worked on breathrough My Account journey and also created a Master styleguide for Vi.
